7. Return & Refund Policy

a. Products

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product:

    • Has not been opened or used

    • Is in its original sealed packaging

    • Was delivered damaged or incorrect

  • Genuine OEM Products: Once the original manufacturer’s packaging is opened, returns are not accepted.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping using a registered courier service.

b. Digital Products

  • Digital goods (e.g., software, downloads) are non-refundable, unless technical issues prevent access or usage.

c. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.

8. Shipping & Delivery

a. UAE Orders

  • Delivery within 1–2 business days via third-party courier.

  • Flat shipping fee within the UAE: USD $7

b. International Orders

  • Delivery within 4–10 business days, depending on destination.

  • Fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your country and location.
