a. Subscription Plans

You can request a refund for subscription plans within 7 Business Days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process any refunds after this period.

b. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital items (such as software or downloads), we generally do not offer refunds unless the product is unusable due to technical issues. If that happens, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

c. Services

Refunds for services like consulting or custom support are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us at [email protected] with your details, and we’ll review your request individually.

d. Genuine OEM Products

Please note: Once the original OEM product packaging is opened, we cannot accept returns. This ensures product integrity and quality assurance for all customers.

To start a refund process, please follow these steps:

  2. Review Process: Our support team will evaluate your request against the conditions listed above.

  3. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.


3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 hours, orders are likely already processed and cannot be cancelled.


4. Shipping Policy (UAE Orders)

We aim for fast and reliable delivery:

  • Orders within the UAE are delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
